Colin Wan
Co-Founder and CEO
Coach Colin grew up with a love of playing volleyball and was a freshman Outside Hitter on varsity at Archbishop Mitty High School but ultimately earned a scholarship for basketball as well as played professionally. However, Colin loves volleyball and hopes to continue to grow the game in the South Bay Area. Colin is the co-founder of HoopRight Basketball Academy, one of the best basketball academies in the South Bay Area and envisions growing SpikeRight to become an unique volleyball academy that helps develop the youth locally with its own clinics and league.
George Kipiani
Co-Founder and COO
Coach George is the co-founder of HoopRight and SpikeRight. He has played basketball collegiately and professionally. As a co-founder of HoopRight he has overseen the growth of one of the best basketball programs in the Bay Area and his knowledge of the business and operations of sports programs as well as passion for youth sports will help SpikeRight grow!

🏐 As a Coach:
Coach Powers is an experienced sports performance coach with a demonstrated history of implementing and improving strength and conditioning programs for student-athletes ranging in age. In recent years, he led Harker’s sports performance program across their 15 athletics teams, as well as working at Equinox and Bay Clubs as a certified personal trainer. Coach Powers was also tasked with doing the entire strength and conditioning program of the Harker Varsity Volleyball Team.
Additionally, Coach Powers worked with the San Francisco 49ers youth and high school engagement department to help develop healthy habits for youth to improve their overall well being and athleticism in sport.
Khloe Travis
Khloe was a varsity volleyball letter winner at North Valley High School and is the current Varsity Men's and Women’s Volleyball Coach at Stratford Preparatory. Coach Khloe also coaches the A team for the Stratford Men’s and Women’s volleyball team at Stratford Prep Middle School.

Danny Okazaki
Danny has almost two decades of volleyball coaching experience. Coach Danny has coached middle school, freshmen, JV, and CCS contending High School Varsity teams in both girls and boys. He also is a part owner of one of the best Poke stores in Japantown San Jose called Aloha Fresh you should definitely check out!

Janet Lau
Janet has been coaching volleyball for 3 years but has been playing volleyball her entire life in Brazil! She is very passionate about helping kids develop and share her passion for the love of the game of volleyball! She is currently a volleyball coach at Canyon Heights School.

Alex Turturici
Coach Alex, a San Jose native, discovered his passion for volleyball during middle school, where he embraced the role of a setter. Throughout his high school years at Valley Christian, he not only excelled as a setter but also displayed versatility as an outside hitter and defensive specialist (DS). Beyond the school court, Coach Alex sharpened his skills in various positions by competing in both indoor and outdoor club volleyball, notably with Bay to Bay Volleyball Club and Mountain View Volleyball Club. His dedication and love for the sport continue to fuel his coaching journey, inspiring the next generation of volleyball enthusiasts.

Siana Tautolo
Siana has been playing volleyball since she was 11 and is a 4 year varsity letter winner. She has committed to Stanford for volleyball! Her main position on the court is setter/opposite hitter although she is versatile and can play every position.

Stephanie Baltazar
Coach Stephanie has been passionate about volleyball from a very young age, starting to play when she was just 3 years old. She has an immense love for the game as she continued to play from elementary school through her college years. Each summer, she extends her knowledge and enthusiasm by coaching volleyball camps on the East Coast. Her dual role as a player and coach reflects her passion for volleyball and her commitment to helping others develop their skills in the game.
Victoria Woo
Coach Victoria has tremendous experience playing at an elite volleyball club and also on varsity at Monta Vista High School. Her attention to detail and love to interact with kids will be a tremendous asset to SpikeRight!
